Day 2: Doughnuts, Roses, and Raw Chicken
Waking up early the next morning we decided to walk over to Voodoo Doughnuts for breakfast before going to the Saturday market (and on a Sunday none the less). We chose to get three doughnuts, one to split and one for each of us. We shared the apple fritter while I got the maple bacon and K chose the chocolate penetration (a chocolate cake doughnut with chocolate icing covered in coco puffs). All three were delicious, and we were just able to finish them. It was overcast and a little windy so we went back to the hotel so K could change into something a little warmer before heading for the market. Continue reading “Portland Days 2&3”
